Gateway Villas,Gatepark is located to the North of the island,of ,at the entrance of Cap Estate.Five minutes drive away is the famous Rodney Bay area where there are restaurants and shops. A peaceful mile long famous beach, Pigeon Island is 2 minutes drive away. This Caribbean property is in a prestigious part of the island and is located right next to the only a 18-hole championship Golf Course. Gatepark consist of two locations on seven acres. There are hilltop and tropical flower garden villas, penthouses and apartments. The hilltop villas are set on top and on the side of a hill with views overlooking the Rodney Bay, Caribbean Sea area and the Golf course. The garden villas are set at the foot of the hill in a tropical flower garden. All units are named after famous Golf Courses and famous flowers. You can also enjoy our independent luxury end villas with breathtaking views,large pools or seconds from the beach.
